Whidden MHP & RV Park Rules

Welcome to Whidden RV Park. Please abide by these rules and use consideration for your neighbors.

Activities and lifestyle at Whidden were designed with older people in mind.

We welcome camping units with children for periods not to exceed 14 days during our Winter Season. Children must be supervised at all times while here.

Thank you for your cooperation.

Pets

Pets are welcome, but you must follow these rules at all times:

- All pets must be leashed and kept under control. Exception are in Dog Park and fenced lake front.

- NO aggressive animals. (See Restricted Breed List).

- Limit 2 (Two) Dogs per site weighing not more then 60 lbs combined

- Owners must promptly clean up after pets at all times.

- Pets are allowed on streets and dumpster area.

- Pets are not allowed in the pool area, rec hall, bathrooms or other residents yards.

- Pets are not to be left unattended outside of your home, tethered or otherwise, at any time.

- Pets must be approved by office management.

- All Dogs must have an updated copy of vaccinations including Rabies shot to this Office.

Laundry

Please be considerate and remove laundry promptly from machines so others do not have to wait.

Clothes hanging is not permitted on your unit or on your site.

Motorcycles and OHV

No OHV (ATV’s side-by-side or go carts) may be driven on park roads. Motorcycles are to be used only for transportation in and out of the park and not between sites and amenities.

Aditional Parking

Please park on your lot. Do not park in vacant lots or in the street. Additional parking is available near the Clubhouse.

Pool

The pool is for the enjoyment of our registered guests. Swim at your own risk. Pool rules are posted poolside, Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. NO pets or glass beverages/bottles of any kind inside pool area. No Alcohol allowed in the pool area.

Campfires

Campfires are permitted only if in an elevated fire pit at least 6in. off ground. Fires may not be left unattended at any time.

Check with the office for fire pit approval and current local Fire Restrictions.

Firearms

NO firearms are permitted in the park.

Personal Conduct

Immoral or improper conduct, drunkenness, loud and annoying parties or inappropriate language will not be tolerated.

Please respect your neighbors.

Park Property

All park tables, chairs and equipment are to remain in the clubhouse. They are not to be taken out or borrowed.

Trees and shrubs are the parks property. Please do not cut or trim them without permission from management.

Shuffleboard Courts

Shuffleboard courts are located across from the clubhouse and close at 10:00 pm. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Sale Of Units

Sale of units with ownership transfer of any unit with the intention of remaining in the park must be approved by office management.

Chapter 513

Mobile Home and recreational vehicle parks regulations are available in the park office for viewing.

Occupancy

Rates are based on two people, one camping unit and one tow vehicle or auto per site.

Check in and Checkout

Check out is 10 AM. Check in starts at 1:00pm. Unless otherwise arranged with the office management. If you wish to extend your stay, check with the office for availability of your site.

Quiet hours

Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am

Lakefront Park

Our lakefront Park is fenced in and requires a code to open the

gate. This area is pet friendly and dogs are not required to be on a leash.

Speed limit

SPEED LIMIT is 15 MPH throughout the entire park

Camping Fees

All Fees to be Paid Up front.

Guests of Residents

All guests must register at the office. Residents are responsible for the actions of their guests. Resident Guests may not stay longer than 14 consecutive days or a total of 28 days per year.

Trash

Trash must be placed and tied in plastic bags and disposed of in the dumpsters. (No furniture or appliances.)

Only leaves and yard clippings allowed in the large roll off dumpster. Please recycle aluminum cans.

Vehicle Repairs

NO vehicle repairs (including oil changes) or disabled vehicles will be permitted within the park.

Site Cleanliness

Sites must be kept neat and clean at all times. No storage of any kind is permitted around or under trailers/RVs.

Home Additions and Remodels

Any modifications or additions to your unit (including utility sheds) must be pre-approved by management and be consistent with local building and zoning codes. Work must be done by a licensed, insured contractor and applicable permits with copies filed at the office.
