No words to describe it. It is awesome. Excellent management. You want to stay forever. Clean restrooms, showers, shuffleboard, two great recreational halls. Kitchen is also available for cooking lovers and getting together time.. Beautiful landscapes with all the Sandhill Cranes you can think of strolling along the lake and by you. Friendly residents, bingo time, lots of puzzles to chose from. Musician performance and much more. Come and see it with your own eyes... Walkers, joggers and bicycle/golf cars lovers, there are also great roads for them to enjoy at their own time and leisure.

Great place to stop if your heading further south. The manager was VERY accommodating. We pulled in at 5:30 New Year’s Eve and he was very pleasant and helpful. This is a nice park, clean, no trashy properties, no cars or trucks on the streets. We didn’t stay (long) but it looks like community is very active. We woke up to clear sky’s and warm temps.

Its a very nice and well groomed place to live and or have an R V and camp! They have an office for any questions you may have. Also they have a nice well kept laundry room. I believe they have 4 / 5 washers as well as dryers. In the same building they have mens and womens shower rooms available... A pool is also available....Picnic tables on every site. 4 blocks from 7 11, walgreens, McDonald's. Walmarts 1 1/2 miles. Easy access to U S 27 and not far from I 4... Hammondell has a weekly activity broad. Lets you know when bingo, shuffleboard kniting or what ever may be happening for that week available as you drive in the park. Hammondell will see that your stay is pleasant and accommodating....
