$50.00 ELECTRIC DEPOSIT due upon arrival. Deposit will be used against your final electric bill. Meters are read around the first of the month. It is your responsibility to come into the office to pay your electric bill.
Yearly RV Rate:
$425.00 per month with electric in your name and a background check. There will be a $425.00 deposit held for six (6) months. At that time, it can be used toward your rent.
Yearly Mobile Home Rate:
$445.00 monthly + electric in your name
$300 DEPOSIT is required to reserve any lot at the time you make your reservation.
